Well, As I am writing this, nearly 13 of my portraits are locked and This goes from Base Game to DLC. All of these are portraits that gets unlocked through Achievements. Previously when such problem occured I used to simply exit and restart the game and that would be enough. But this time I am completely at a loss.

The only difference this time and the last time I played, is that I bought all the new cosmetic DLCs.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but to no avail. And all the forum posts are nearly 1-2 years old, all of which says this was solved through previous updates.

Please Help.

@neil_gamerx Hey! Thank you for getting in touch about portraits not unlocking. This is a known issue and is currently under investigation by the development team.

I am afraid at this time we do not have further news to share.

Once an update is made available it will be communicated on the forums.

Hey there @xxblood-ravenxx , thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you've faced this same issue.

As far as we were aware, this had been fixed with the recent Seeds of Change update, so it's very unfortunate to hear that the issue seems to persist. I'd like to investigate further.

Can you be sure to verify your game files, to ensure you have the most recent update? Then, if the portraits are still locked, can you tell me which specific portraits are locked for you, which should be unlocked? I'll be able to reach out to our teams for some further information once I know this 🙂

I understand that this issue seems to be persisting with the latest update, and I'm sorry to hear about this. Thanks in particular to @Keo1492 for sending across these screenshots. I've gone ahead and send those across to our teams investigating this internally, so we can take a closer look.

In the meantime, whilst it's under review, I'm quite curious to see whether this particular workaround would be helpful to others as well, so if anyone else gives it a go, let us know how it plays out!
