A strange thing just happened. I was busy playing a game and suddenly some notification popped up.

A least 5. But I didn't unlocked, redeem those myself.

Hey there Katje-Katrien,

I'm glad to see you've already had a response!

This will indeed be part of the announcement that all legacy titles that aren't transitioning to Ubisoft Connect will have all of their Reward unlocked automatically for players!

Any rewards you are missing at this time should be resorted after the transition process is complete.

there is the links for the screenshot of chess table missing in construction, but already built in my land. And for the logo company, the screen for having been selected in closed beta.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience; this is an issue that many players are currently facing. After the migration to Ubisoft Connect, some rewards are locked or simply not available. This includes chess tables.

Our team are working on it and we hope to have this fixed soon!

This issue should be solved with the Game Update from yesterday, but we're still seeing reports.

Could you please:
- Verify your game files
- Restart Ubisoft Connect and your PC

You're right, misunderstanding. I thought you were referring to the character portraits.
I'll check, don't have any info on why this in particular was not unlocked with the Game Update a few weeks ago.

Hey Katje-Katrien,

when starting a new game and trying to select the logo, what do you see? It should be greyed out if the achievement hasn't been reached.

Could you provide a screenshot from the logo selection screen and one from your achievement list (if you have unlocked the achievement)?

If you've opened a support ticket about this issue in the past, feel free to add them there.

It should be fixed with the next Game Update, but since the update is still in development, followed by a verification process, we'll only be able to tell you for sure closer to release.
