I built the iron tower and the quest says to wait for the queen to arrive but her airship is just hovering at the corner of the map.

you can see from these pictures her airship staying in one place.
can't upload the save file says no privilege and at https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/contact it says can't upload file of this type as well as exceeded file upload limit

As you have had come trouble creating a support case, I have went ahead and made one for you. Please try to access your new case by visiting this link > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/cases

Your case number is 15418278. If you can upload your save file to that case, that would be fab. I believe the limitation is 5mb, so you may or may not need to zip the file. Once you have uploaded it, please let me know back in the forum and I will pass this on to our Anno QA team.

In the meantime, please try the following steps to see if this will fix the hoovering airship issue >

Hey there.

For bugs we typically do ask for video as standard, if it's something you can possible provide. The reason is that even with the save file some issues can be difficult to replicate or reproduce unless exact steps are followed and a video allows us to see exactly which steps have been taken.

If it's not possible for you to provide for us that's fine I'll let the team know. I can see that this issue has been reported to us previously but we haven't had too many instances so it appears this is quite a rare issue you've encountered so we'll attach your save file for now and if you can provide a video we'd appreciate it but it's not mandatory. Thanks!
