Hello,
I have 2 DLC's not showing up on the owned DLC page.I have them in the game and in the additional content.
1.The Vehicle Liveries Pack which I got with the Prime Gaming action. (The Skin Pack)
2.The Plant a tree DLC.
I have already undertaken all the troubleshooting steps.
Cheers,
Katje-Katrien

Hello @katje-katrien thanks for getting in touch with us about your missing DLC.

Can you let us know which Year version you bought of the game, is it Year 1, 2, or 3?

Earlier year versions of the game will only contain some of the DLC content, whilst the latest year version 3, will contain all DLC included in the Anno season passes.

Hey @Katje-Katrien, appreciate your detailed as well as insightful response, and apologies about the delay from our team in getting back to you.

Is there any possibility you could also provide us with a screenshot showing this as described?

@katje-katrien Thank you for all the images, and Happy New Year to you! In addition to verifying your files, and ensuring your game and launcher is installed on the same drive, could you uninstall and reinstall the Ubisoft Connect launcher, to see if this solves this issue?

Hi, @jerry_key_smith, thanks for the screenshots! I'm sorry to hear that you're affected by this as well.

@Katje-Katrien, Happy new year to you as well!

I have a question for you both. If you run the game and Ubisoft Connect launcher with administrator rights, does the launcher show the owned DLC after saving and closing the game?
