This isn't something we're able to help with. Normally, if an heirloom hasn't been received, it means 500 packs haven't been opened yet.

This isn't something we're able to help with. Normally, if an heirloom hasn't been received, it means 500 packs haven't been opened yet.
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to tell you how many packs have been opened. We're not aware of any issues with the heirloom being granted after 500 though.
