[2021] Apex legends switch - shield cells

@hype_f0rce Can you share a video of this, is it any cell or battery that doesn't work? Have you tried on different equipped shields?

@Coogan2731 I would not have a turnaround time to provide, if your case was escalated or support is investigating something like missing content it may take some time. Since you see the case as waiting on the player that is why I would recommend making a new one to contact support to see what they may be waiting on to help the case along.
