Let's see...there may be one amoung your messages. On the EA account that was banned, open the email address registered to it. That's where the email would be sent out. Could you take a look for an email from the addresses [email protected] and [email protected]. Sometimes the email can end up in your Spam or Junk folders, so it'd be no harm taking a peek in there too.
In the meantime, if you feel the ban was mistakenly placed on your account, please fill out the webform so Terms of Service can look into that for you. This guide will help you with that:
