[2021] Cross Play Not Working (Not Found Players)

Hey @031567,

Can you make sure that you've all checked the relevant options in the privacy section of your EA Accounts?

While you should be able to use the EA ID to find your friends regardless of platform, if you're searching by other usernames or gamertags you'll want to be sure those options are checked as well.

We're seeing some similar reports and are looking into the situation but that may be worth trying in the meantime.
