Hi, Ive been Falsely banned the pop up said ive had multiple cheating offences which is wrong since i have no cheatware on my pc the only reason i can think of is that i was in bronze silver (Im a plat player) and being mass reported. Ive never been too toxic, however i have been toxic but not to the extent that i could be banned due to it.

If anyone can shed light on this i would be most grateful, ty

I'm afraid we're unable to review or change any account actions on the forums.

 

I am seeing that both of your prior cases received email replies however. You can view your case history here but may also want to check the junk, trash, and spam folders in your email provider to see if those earlier replies were perhaps missed.

 

Our Terms of Service team reviews all account actions and you can create an appeal with these steps to request that they take another look at your situation.

 

I do see you've recently spoken with support in chat and they then escalated your case to be reviewed by the Terms of Service team, so you won't need to create a new appeal this time. You will just need to wait on a reply to that most recent case, thanks for hanging in there.

If there is no email  in your inbox/spam/junk folders from the address: noreply@ea.com, please get in touch with the support team. Head to help.ea.com and select 'Contact us' to start filling out a help ticket for them and choose from the available contact options that pop up. The support team will examine things to better to understand what might be happening to that case for you from there.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned.

 

@OldTreeCreeper is correct, we really can't look into this for you from Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team is the only team who handles ban. To have this looked into to see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake, you'll need to contact them. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team. 

 

If the ban gets overturned, then please go through resetting these security steps to help prevent anyone else from getting into the account. Then get in touch with our support team directly. An advisor can help make sure the account is secure if there are still any concerns after that point, and assist with anything else from there.
