[2022] can't load into a game and stuck at lobby

Can we try out some connection troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop this from happening? 

First, a good place to start off would be with the basic and advanced connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble getting into a game after that please let me know. Thanks!
