I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned. Our Terms of Service team handles bans and suspensions. They aim to send out an email to the address registered to the EA account when a sanction has been applied. Often, the email can get picked up by email spam filters and routes it through to a spam/junk folder, or if you have a Gmail account, it can sometimes go to the Promotions or Updates folder too. Could you search for an email from the address: [email protected] or [email protected]?
Failing that, our Terms of Service team can be reached through the webform. Use the steps shared in this guide to fill it out and send it to them:
