[2021] The BLM badge, as well as other advocacy badges, should be permanently available

Regarding the OP's thoughts, that feedback is definitely valid and we can pass that along. Thanks to those of you with constructive feedback about the game as well, definitely some good ideas regarding badge sorting and storage here!
