[2023] apex coin missing

Our guide recommends the following steps: 

1. Quit out of the game completely, then restart it.
2. If you’re playing on Steam, try launching your game from the EA app.
3. Powercycle your system.

If after trying those steps the coins don't appear, you'll need our support team to take a look. Do this next:

1. Collect your proof of purchase for the missing Apex Coins. Without this, we can’t help you.

Let's see...900 coins from the Battlepass. If they had already arrived on the account, it's highly unusual for them to just disappear.🤔 Is it possible they were used? Can you remember picking anything up in the shop recently? Or gifting something to a friend?

Yeah, gifting uses coins. It sounds like that might be what happened then. I hope your friend appreciates the gift. 😅
