I'm sorry, you're on the community boards; Answers HQ. We aren't able to help with bans here. It sounds like your friend is looking for the Terms of Service team. They can review any ban/suspensions on the account for your friend if your friend thinks there's been a mix-up with the ban. Terms of Service will lift the bam if the investigation confirms no rules were broken. To reach them, please fill out the webform.
