@vcmllz This is the best connection you can use for direct communication with the servers, I would also go ahead and try a normal power cycle and maybe even restart the connection from the modem/router side just to clear out any network traffic before you connect again
@vcmllz I also just checked the Apex servers and we do have players online, so definitely trying some troubleshooting should help. Are you on wifi or wired connection?
