If you have an EA ban, account or game-wise, I'd recommend visiting your My Ban History to view more info and dispute your active bans and suspensions from there. EA also aims to email you if they've applied for a ban or suspension. That email may share more information, too. Please check your email inbox for more details.

I can see why those mey be actioned based on what is there and also those are years-old examples.

If you are rude or abusive towards others then you risk action being taken on your account.
Simply chatting away and having fun will not.

If your EA account's been hacked, you'll need to recah ou to our live support team. There's a link in our hacked accounts article that'll let you reach out to one of our advisors. They can take a look into this for you.
Hey @AAAXQZ123 if there are legal restrictions and requirements in the country you are residing related to in-game digital items expiring then there's nothing that we can do about this. Our teams are required by law to abide by the rules and the best thing I can recommend is to lobby for change.
