@Li1yGraceGaming But we are still a small company in comparison😃. Any by large I am a "face" for the company so I will be required for outings, engagements, press interviews, etc. All of which take away from CM as the community sees it.
@Li1yGraceGaming I think what people see as community management is really a broad field. In addition to CM's companies employ social media managers because it really is a job in itself. CM's oversee the community at a large which can lead to SMM's reporting to CM's.
