Clarification: Cryos were previously unable to be crafted in PvP because of the lack of TEK. They can now be crafted in obelisks. It provides convenience without adding TEK.

@ksilil @nigbob12 Cool, I just did. "Why don't we get x on console" It's a really complicated answer but the short one is, ideally we'd like to but technical/team limitations prohibit it. "Wipe servers" the team knows of the request.
