@Lolzoor_ @anySenpai I'll concede the fact that this area needs some work though. Which is why it's been an active discussion internally.
@Lolzoor_ @anySenpai The premise is the same. You make rules to set a standard and to allow action against the cases you catch or blatant cases. You honestly don't know "most of the cases are not hard to act on" because you don't see the thousands of tickets.
