Yes, there's an issue with dedicated XBOX servers and saving Valguero. The team is looking into it. No ETA at the moment.
There were some deployments this morning to fix some transfer limitations on XBOX and also some fixes for Summer Bash on PC.

@survivetheark This is bittersweet given the recent developments but I think this counts as a delivery, not Digiorno. More news on lifting transfer limitations, the results of the duping fix, and what to expect when I have it.
At 10am PST ~(10 min) Official XBOX and PS4 Servers will be taken offline to update in preparation for Valguero. There will be a client update to download as well.
