@Dustin0523 Every case is a little different. I think it depends on what proof you have of what you had and the GM to be honest. It really varies, but there is a chance to get dinos/materials/bps back.
@ghdcbhf @Dustin0523 I do understand. I'm just the person that has to bring you the bad news in some cases, like now. Whether it seems like it or not - I'm here for the players and everything I do is trying to support the things you write to me about. But I'm only one man with a limited reach
@Dustin0523 I get it, I really do. But understand my position too. I'm essentially powerless in these situations. The people that make these decisions and runs the team isn't me. It does not make me happy that I have to tell you to file a ticket and not be able to help directly.
@Dustin0523 Referring them to your tweets isn't going to do much sadly - being honest. It's not an effective way for them to work tickets. There are a lot of tweets. They have to work the tickets based on first come first serve. ( I do believe they have some tickets that may take priority
