@Gaohmee I think some goals people set are just physically not realistic. While its good to strive for the best, I think it's also good to set realistic goals. People used to come to me at 40 and say they want their HS body back. It isn't impossible but it's not a realistic first goal
@Gaohmee A lot of people tie specific goals (lose 30lbs, etc) to fitness and when they don't achieve them, they quit. I like to tie generic goals (feel better, look better) because it isn't really about the workout or the results. It's about the habit or the actual act of working out.

Also, realize that 'fixing the game' is still a priority. It's important to know that content creators (animators, character artist, level design, vfx, sound) aren't heavily involved in the issues you want to see fixed. Different people, different tasks.
