@Nyu63 @ROGERBURNETTE10 If you say so :) We try to time our release for all platforms so that they hit together. Reduces problems with deployment and it reduces the overall overhead that comes with deployment.
@Nyu63 @ROGERBURNETTE10 These type of things have to go through QA, certification, etc, particularly when it comes to console.
@ROGERBURNETTE10 It will be fixed. Sometime early next week.
Some ideas get shot down, some content gets cut - it's the reality of game development. Communicating every idea or project that's being worked on wouldn't really be a healthy situation for the business or the players.
Also, we have to be careful with giving dates and talking about future plans/showing content. Lots of people and media take those as commitments of future work. We like to announce new content when all of the moving parts slow down.
@EricThehysteric The problem comes when you commit to dates you can't deliver on. It gets game companies into some sticky situations. Something we've been trying to do is communicate dates when there is a high likelihood we'll hit is.
