The client update that addresses structure placement on Win10 is in cert and we'll be rolling that out to you as soon as possible.

We don't have an ETA on the cert process but it's moving along.

The issue with Cloudflare seems to be resolved. Please restart your game. We'll continue to monitor.

There is an on-going outage on the Official Network that appears to be a regional Cloudflare issue mentioned here:

We expect this to resolve soon without an update and will work towards improved protection in a future update if this were to happen again.
