The TLDR: When we hesitate to increase breeding rates it's with reason. We're working on ways to increase performance AND allow us to have a better experience when breeding events are happening.

@SyntacYT To double back on this as I think more. We have gotten into the trend in current social media of names selling products. Sometimes the products just need to sell on there own.

Mixer focusing on the product and not the names might have benefited them.

It's easy to poke fun at Mixer right now. Like way too easy lol.

But let's not forget, we need services like Mixer to try to break the status quo, to shake up the norm, to offer a competitive market. Good on them for trying.

But Facebook? RIP

"Why is it so hard, 'X' did it, they don't have a problem" - My guess is that 'X' had A LOT of capital and bandwidth to do so or 'X' didn't have enough dedicated people attacking it.

Almost any service can be taken down.

No company is sitting idly watching their service get attacked. It costs money and more importantly, it's an attack that no one takes lightly.

It's a hard and expensive problem to solve but work continues

The heart of the ARK community is the passion we all have for the game. You have it, I have it, the founders have it.

The latest server-side PC deployment addressed an exploit and also, specifically for the Official PvP network, limits the public setting on Tek Teleporters.

That was an interesting one to deal with - some of you certainly keep us on our toes.
