Our priority is resolving these technical issues before getting the servers out to the general public
It's not likely the team will have any more patches to go out tonight, we're going to try and get some rest before continuing to iterate on these issues and other critical ones in a few hours. Sadly this means that we won't have unofficial servers available to go right now
Alrighty guys, just to keep you in the loop we're still investigating server connection/join issues, respawn issues, as well as client/server performance particularly on freeport servers. We have some leads but it will take a bit of time for us to fully investigate.
Keep sending us in the reports, whether they're tweets, clips, or posts on our forums - we're looking into everything! :)
I understand a lot of you guys are frustrated at the moment and I appreciate ya hanging in there and sending in the messages, tells me you're excited about the proj and it's future.
Okay, that new update should be live now. You'll see a lot more servers accessible. There are still some issues we're looking into, such as particular grids not being very reliable when trying to connect to them but we're going to continue investigating and get it resolved asap.

Pathfinders, we'll be redeploying our Official Network in about 5 minutes and releasing a new major version (4.0) to go along with it. This will introduce lawless servers around Freeports which can be connected to for extra capacity, as well as resolve some connection issues.

Pathfinders, we're still iterating on connection issues and will be working on some map changes to allow a larger capacity in and around the freeports. Will have those deployed as soon as possible. Thanks your patience guys, the support has been phenomenal.

We're working on more fixes to come through the pipeline, including some additional capacity changes around the Freeport servers which should significantly increase the number of folks who can join around those shards. Will keep you posted!
For those of you experiencing lost/timeout pending connection, could you joining the server via the server session list again, and then selecting a new freeport? It should automatically put you on the right server. Rejoin button seems to be having issues atm - we're investigating
This patch is live now, so hopefully this has taken care of the primary connection issues people are facing. We're still going to be iterating through and taking care of other reports that come in. The more you guys hammer on it, the more it helps us :)
Pathfinders, we've just pushed a potential fix for the server connection issues we were seeing. Please restart your steam clients to download the latest version (v3) and reconnect to Official Servers!

To keep you guys posted, we're still looking into these server connection issues, as well as working on the side to get third party hosts spun up and the tech ready for unofficials to host their own networks. Don't really have any ETAs to provide atm
