Hey guys,

Currently looking into reports about players either not being able to join or see Official Servers on the Xbox. Please note that this is different to a single server being offline, or the fact that Blackwood servers are not displaying in the Unofficial Filter (we have fixed this internally and will be patching it asap). I am specifically talking about those who have never been able to join our Official Servers (it always times them out), or those who do not even see the servers list in the client. If you could fill in the information below, it'll help us get to the bottom of the issue.

Please specify your problem:

- I cannot see Official Servers

- I can see Official Servers but I am unable to join them

Are you able to see other types of servers?

- Unofficial

- Non-Dedicated

- Both

Are you able to connect to Unofficial Servers?

Haven’t seen this talked about yet. (Company points)

The harvesting and tame rates are now as they should be. I suggest relaunching your game to see the taming rates correctly.

Alrighty, we should be good on harvest and taming rates now. We also now have the ability to change them dynamically (without restarting the network). I'd def recommend relaunching your game to make sure you're seeing accurate tame %ages.

Looking into reports about taming and harvesting rates being lower than they should be after turning off the bonus weekend rates.

We'll be redeploying our Official Network in approximately 10 minutes with a minor version update for servers and PC clients (v400.45).

FYI still looking into this. Felt like I was getting quite a few pings about it before but it's quiet now -- unless you were all able to fix it by changing those Comcast settings 🤔

On a sidenote unrelated to this, we have fixed Blackwood servers not showing up on the Unofficial listing internally and we'll get it fixed in the next client patch asap.

No animals on private server.

FYI folks we'll be working with Nitrado on resolving these various bug-reports that were reported on Xbox ATLAS servers. Hope to get em sorted asap.

Are you guys seeing the Xbox Patch? I got my download but I get em earlier than ya do. It's about 6gb

You wiped all our work for months and the bugs are still present !!! GJ ATLAS Devs !

In approximately 10 minutes we'll be redeploying our Official Network to restart the servers with bonus rates (2x) for Gold, Harvesting, and Taming. This will last until the end of Monday!
