@Blitzkr13g A line that prevents the character's swimming logic from updating when it's too close to the surface of the water, which caused strange, brief "stuns" when the water level rose up to the character's chest.

I was digging through #Barotrauma's commit history to find when/why one specific line that makes no sense was added. I guess we'll never know 🤷♂️
@SimoRoth - even if the interaction is just a short and shallow dialog. If you just walk up to a random stranger in public to start a conversation in real life, I wouldn't expect a deep, well-written conversation either.
@SimoRoth Even if the AI can only generate boring guff, I can see the value: every random "decorative" NPC doesn't need to have a deep and meaningful dialog tree, but imo being able to interact with them in some way can still be a big plus -

@PR0GRAMMERHUM0R Depends on what the variable represents. x,y for things like coordinates, i,j for indices. Or something more verbose if what the variable represents isn't obvious from the context.
2/2 it was caused by the dotless Turkish letter i: our code was trying to find an XML element that converted to lower case equals to "itemset", but when your system language was Turkish, the element got converted to "ıtemset", and the game would fail to find it.
1/2 For context: we were getting bug reports about all NPCs spawning naked, and couldn't for the life of us figure out how to reproduce the issue. Until we noticed all the reports all the reports were coming from Turkish players, and realized -
