If you have a GitHub account, please give the report an upvote. You can also keep tabs on the issue's progress there. We'll work to address the issue soon, but unfortunately I can't give a clear ETA on our next hotfix/patch yet.

Hi!
This sounds like it could be the same issue as in this topic: https://steamcommunity.com/app/602960/discussions/1/3811785047382767441/

So in short, check the server settings and see if the ragdoll option has been unchecked. If it is, enable it and see if that fixes the issue.

There are keyboard shortcuts for assigning orders, for example you can press middle mouse button > 3 > 2 to assign a crew member to fix leaks, there's a priority system as to which bot receives the order mechanics being the first then engineers and so on, this depends of the type of order.

I unfortunately I can't think of any changes to the reactor/power logic in the recent updates that could've caused this. The only tangentially related change was making the reactor not automatically turn of automatic control when it's shut down (as a safeguard, otherwise it can be easy to forget to turn it back on if you toggle the reactor on and off), but I doubt that's related here.

I would maybe suggest trying to pinpoint the cause of the load on the status monitor. I also wonder if there could be something harmful on board the sub that's causing those load spikes - in a vanilla game it could be ballast flora (although you probably would've noticed that!), but if you're using mods it could be something else too. You need to start purging Ballast Flora from the outer reaches, the more it spreads the greater the roots health or rather health regeneration gets. To make purging faster you can severe its growth, severed part of the flora which isn't connected to the root will dry up and die. But its safer to just start killing the growth from the outer reaches and pruning it towards the root until the root is killable.
However IIRC you should be able to kill the root with a long lasting fire or plenty of grenades no matter how big the flora has grown.

Hi, we're aware of spam servers as well as cheat selling servers in the server browser, and we're taking a look at both to issue some countermeasures as soon as we can. We're sorry for the trouble, it's unfortunate that some players are using the server browser for this kind of activities. Until we can counteract these on our end, the best course of action is simply not to join servers that look dubious.

Hi!

This turned out to be a bug with the priorities of the pets, thank you zelda for reporting it on Github!
A fix has been pushed on our private dev build, and it will hopefully be included in the next patch.

But still, even after the fix is live, keep in mind the mechanics of the pets. Especially the fact that in order to eat, the pet needs to be hungry, and that Peanut cannot move if someone is looking at it. Leave the pets fully alone in a room as a workaround for now, as they will prefer following players or other pets to eating. In addition, if the health of the pet is low, they will prioritize eating more. Hope this helps!

Hi!

Just hopping in here to say that the issues with bots suffocating are known by the dev team and we are working on fixing them. I can't give an exact timeline on when a patch is coming yet, but we will have more information on it coming at the end of the week.

Hey! Just to write a quick comment, the traitor mode is something we are quite likely to work on in the near future. While I can't go on record making any firm promises about that yet, we agree in its current state it leaves something to be desired, and that makes it a good candidate for our future content updates. More about that once the release dust settles and our plans for the future become a bit clearer :)

To be clear, we have drawn inspiration from mods that added something interesting which had not been a part of our own plans, such as the transparent diving suit visors we just added in the most recent update. We have also in a some cases incorporated actual code written by our players when it has been submitted to the Barotrauma project on a volunteer basis – cases like these are covered in our end-user licence agreement which you can also find and read on our GitHub if you like. Times like these, we certainly give a tip of the hat to the creator, sometimes in the changelog, sometimes the game credits, sometimes in private.

Things like explorable locations, however, have been an integral part of our plans for the game since the beginning, not something we took from anyone else.
