u/F8RGE I know you don’t work with the game anymore, but maybe you could still relay this to someone who could fix the issue? It sucks because I’ve been here since launch, and if this can’t be fixed, I have to start on a fresh account that isn’t bugged.
Try contacting EA Help, that would be my best recommendation. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
