Today’s game settings update delivers a new round of tuning changes to the Reaver C86 crossbow in MP and Blackout, and should restore items that may have recently appeared missing in some players’ inventories, including the Rising Tide melee weapon. These changes are now live on all platforms.

Have to make this very clear, however: Treyarch staff are not moderators on /r/BlackOps4. This sub is community-run with developer support to the tune of sharing notes and updates natively in this space.
Treyarch has nothing to do with reports. They make the games. Reports go to Battle Net, PSN, or Xbox Live
Unsure where you heard this from, but we do process reports from the community and have an internal policy enforcement team that handle in-game reporting too.

However no purchases work in these bugged lobbies. No matter what I buy, nothing happens. I also start the game with nothing in my hands. Not even fists showing. Other players said it looked like my character was holding an invisible box.
If I weapon swapped, I just take out the starting pistol and that’s all I have.
Also can’t use meds. It lets me pick them up, but they don’t work. If I hit LB while full health, I toss a carepackage marker. If I heal while hurt, I pull out the nuke core.
Also if I’m downed, I pull out the tempest from black ops 3, and it also happens to anyone I spectate who goes down.
Also some gun models were completely swapped. One guy got play of the game with Maddox, and in the video he was holding a completely different gun, and...

There is also a bug with ballistic knives and the reaver. When pack-a-punched, you can no longer pick up their ammo. Can you bring/report all these bugs to the team?

Sorry for any potential spam, but while on the topic of bugs, both in zombies and blackout the chaos warrior characters lose their (default) face paint forever. This has been an issue since release.
If you select a reserve or contraband face paint, it erases the old face paint (makes sense) but doesn’t come back after you de-quip it. Instead the face is just clean, and there’s no way to get the IX face paint back. I’ve noticed it says I have no face paint equipped, but that I have a category equipped IE: “You have absolute zero category equipped” despite having nothing on in that category.

Does ingame reporting do anything? There's 2 cheaters usually playing in a 4-5 man premade that are blatantly cheating but theyre somewhat advanced as theyve set their aimbots to not do headshots. They can predict where you come from 100% of the time, have 0 recoil and their tracking is always perfect every time. It's super obvious because their movement is trash and you can see them look at people through walls and objects.
Can provide proof if needed, though I've reported them many times now. Players in question are SteinerWar and SavageWolf.
Yes, in-game reports "do something." They result in an investigation as per our Black Ops 4 Security & Enforcement policy. Investigations take time and these compound as more reports are introduced. The length of time it may take is a fair criticism.

since you're here, I've been wondering why black ops 4 doesn't have lobby leader boards like Black ops 3 did.
This isn't something I would know about and I don't have an answer or explanation for you. Sorry.
Mentioning /u/FoxhoundFPS since I saw that happen in another thread... this is my first call of duty game, but man this guy's snap-aiming and "lock on" seem very tool-assisty. I've seen things like it on Counter-Strike and Rainbow Six. I thought it might be a good idea to have this shown here...
