u/COD_Mobile_Official are you purposely ignoring hundreds unreasonable bans?
our championship team CANNOT compete in stage 3 for which we trained HARD for. Just because you guys randomly banned my teammate and me.
when contacting you, you only seem to respond to praise, but between all the people I know who got banned must be at least 10k euros wasted on banned accounts.
I am done with this ignorance by you people.
edit: ban appeals are ignored, there are 2-3 different forms and I had to search for hours to find the right one
and then I don’t get a reply for days. What kind of atrocious costumer service is this? For the amount of money you get from your player base you would expect better service than Cold War/modern warfare19. This is so frustrating.

- Accessible Sword – Since Season 3 launched there has been a frequent request for some form of free sword. We made a mistake originally and said there was one coming in a credit store update, but it turned out to be an error and we apologize. Since then, our teams have been looking for a good opportunity to provide a free/earnable path to a Hachi through seasonal challenges or events. Since everything is locked in advance we have yet to been able to find a way to do that, but we are still working towards that goal and hope to help with this request.

We remember too and we appreciate you jumping in to defend our words there. Truthfully, it is very similar to what you said. Content is planned out way in advance and when we saw this as a kind of "miss" for us (a free sword in a sword heavy season) we tried to find a way to make it happen anyways. In the end, we couldn't find a way to forcefully insert it without ruining or breaking, from a technical perspective, some events or other things that were already planned. However, we still think about it and we know there is still a demand for it, even now.
