Thanks everyone!
We are already preparing a hotfix for the VOIP icons/indicators for this TestLive Build (and for those worried that would influence the fix for the Live build, don’t be alarmed. We have dedicated people only working on finalizing the Live patch which another group of developers is working on the bugs reported with this new TestLive build :))

This is pretty close to what is happening and we are addressing this on TestLive. Hopefully, the Live patch will already have improved this for many. We’re definitely working on this and are looking forward to hear your opinions once the new patch hits Live.

We could theoretically do that but it’s unlikely. The Patch that will go to Live next has been tested for much longer. This new patch was just now released to the community for help with testing, so it probably needs more time to be ironed out for proper release. Also, we definitely do not want to delay the Live patch longer than absolutely necessary. Trying to get both patches out the same time would most likely mean more delays. I don’t think that would be in anyone’s interest :slight_smile:

Testlive servers will be wiped periodically as they are meant to be used by us as needed. In this case there are balance and progression changes that made us wipe characters so we can get input on leveling progression. We always do let you know if that happens. Make sure to keep an eye on the News and Announcement section of the forum. :slight_smile:

It depends on how many bugs we find and need to fix. Theoretically it would be possible.

However, I would say most likely not. What will most probably happen is that the older TestLive build, that is ready to go to Live (besides the building issues we have to fix), will go to Live as planned and this current build you guys and girls are testing now, will need a bit more testing and adjustments.

The good thing is though that we gain a bit of time with testing this build already while we finalize the one going to Live next :slight_smile:

To clarify:
Both pets and thralls use a similar system to the decay system now. There is no additional hunger system for upkeep. Like with buildings, in a clan, only one member is necessary to check in on the pets or thralls to refresh their decay timer.

Thanks for all your input so far everyone. Please remember to use the focus threads for feedback and bugs. Especially feedback about the new npc camps, difficulty or anything else regarding npcs and fighting them should go into the balancing feedback :slight_smile:

Hmm, I could. I tend to make smallish “overly” pretty asian buildings with tons of plants and pots lol
It’s not comparable at all to the master pieces the amazing CE community puts out.

The TestLive build is a different build.
The Build for Live is done. The only thing that we are working on (and know what the problem is already) is the building issues we’ve mentioned. We do not want to get that patch out before we have those issues fixed. I know, you guys want to play and you want to see the issues you were waiting on to be fixed, fixed on the version you play. I am truly sorry about the delays as it’s never fun whatsoever to have to wait. We have always been fully aware that the most heated discussions are born out of passion and caring for something. We know, we do listen and we are working hard....

Yeah, pvp can be tough and we are aware it is not ideal atm. We are however looking at ways to address it.

I used to be a hardcore pvp player (Shadowbane, Ultima Online, DAoC and pretty much every MMO that had sieges and pvp). With work, commuting and life in general, I sadly do not have the time anymore.

There was an issue with the CE Soundtrack that came with some of the special versions. There were only 2 tracks available and this update fixed it so all tracks are in the respective folder.

We’re very sorry to hear you’re not satisfied. Please understand that we will only reply to post that come through Exploit Hunters if you’ve submitted exploits we aren’t aware of, or if we deem the exploit you’ve reported to be severe enough.

Looking at your post history I can see that you’ve submitted several exploits before, all of which we were aware of. Just because we don’t respond to these submissions does not mean we don’t care. We have coders assigned to the exploits you mention specifically in this thread and they are being worked on, but game development is a marathon, not a sprint, and sometimes these exploits take time to fix.

The reason we don’t highlight known exploits on our Trello board is because we want to limit how much we talk about them publicly. Just because something isn’t listed on the board doesn’t mean we’re not working on it.

I’m going to lock this thread as it is in violation of our community guidelines.

Ive been building a lot in single player in Conan Exiles.
I played MYZ and am currently playing Apex on and off which is convenient for a few fast rounds without too much time commitment.

I have very found memories of AO, DAoC, and EQ, too :slight_smile:

It can indeed be confusing, sorry, let me clarify :slight_smile:
We are working on different build branches internally. The Build that is supposed to go live next week is being worked on independently from the build that is going to be deployed to TestLive today. The build going to TestLive can then at any time in the future be merged with the build that goes to Live next week.
It’s very common to work on different build branches like this for software development.

The patch being deployed to TestLive is a different build then the one we are stabilizing internally to go live next week.
