Purchased Rainbow six siege deluxe edition for x box one today, can play single player but cannot connect to multiplayer.

CONNECTION FAILURE keeps coming up with the error code [4-0xFFF0BEB2] and the message "The attempt to connect to server failed". Have done the usual turning the console off and on again but always the same issue.

Any ideas?? Thanks

If you've gone through the steps that Ubi-Karl provided, can you please contact our support team about this.
When you set the case up, can you please include a screenshot showing your ports forwarded as advised in the steps.
