Today is the day! We’ve disabled transfers for both official and unofficial servers. You will no longer be able to import or export character on any server.

We’re currently working on improving this feature, so please keep an eye on the forums for upcoming announcements regarding character transfers.

As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Since the discussion is no longer on topic and transfers have now been turned off on both official and unofficial servers (more info here), I will be closing this thread.

If the team said you should be able to choose a new server for the recovered character then you should be able to do so.
If you are still unable to import the character on any server, please make sure you report this to the team.

We’ve decided to temporarily disable this feature on both official and unofficial servers starting from 2022-06-13T22:00:00Z

As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on the character transfer feature.

The servers will come down for a restart 2022-06-09T13:00:00Z. The downtime is estimated to take 1 hour.

Please be patient with the team. They will get back to you as soon as possible.

Again, if you are experiencing any issues feel free to reach out to the team and they will be able to help you out further.

Sadly this thread has derailed from the initial feedback topic and received several flags. Therefore we’ll have to close it. We love to hear from you and everyone is entitled to an opinion but if it doesn’t fit the current post feel free to make one of your own.

If you are still experiencing issues, please make sure you follow up on your original messages to our Zendesk team and tell them about the ongoing issue.

Please refrain from posting further about the status of the issue as we want to keep the thread clean and clear to all.

P.S: Our team over on Zendesk is still working on recovering all lost characters so if you are experiencing this issue feel free to reach out to them.

Today is the day Exiles! Character Transfers will be put on hold 2022-06-07T15:00:00Z

Please be aware that this change will only take effect after the server restart of the day so please make sure you keep an eye out on that.
