Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
If verifying the integrity of the Steam file did not work could you please try to install the game on a different drive.
Also are there any IO errors in the operating system event manager?
Can they post a screenshot for what you are seeing? Is this a game msg?
We’ve just updated your account permissions so you should be able to upload any attachments now.
We’ve just restored your character so please access the game and make sure the character has been recovered successfully.
You should be able to see it ready for transfer so make sure you select the same server or a new one.
The character dukeofhats was set as ready.

We’re still working on a permanent fix for the character transfer issue. In the meantime we’ve set up a temporary request type in our Zendesk ticket form so please make sure to report any issues with character transfers there.
When submitting a report, please make sure you include the following information:

Server closures/merges have been set up again, we’ve simply moved everything to one week later. The exception is the servers that didn’t process correctly the first time around, will be merged tomorrow along with the rest of the South American servers. Thank you for your patience.

We’ve pushed a server-side update to fix an issue we had with server merges. More about server merges resuming will be posted soon.
Currently the servers are being restarted so that the correct settings are picked up.
Servers should be back up soon so thank you for your patience and understanding.

The server merges have been put on hold due to an issue we’ve encountered.
