There are other reasons beyond the scope of land claim why a player may have been suspended. We hope to do something similar for those rules as well in the near future.

There is no specific restriction on how many locations you can build. I can’t see this ever being a problem on a PvP server. The more locations you have, the harder it is to defend them all. An extreme situation on a PvE server could hypothetically call for intervention.

We received reports of rare issues happening to some characters after this week’s merges. This time we were able to help all the players affected. But we decided it would be best to put other merges on hold until we can pinpoint exactly what caused it.

The default character transfer settings will apply and new character creation will be possible as well.

There’s no need to detail the case, our team only needs the account ID (SteamID/PSN/XboxID), origin/destination server, and character name.

  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?
  • Is the console stable playing other demanding games?

In the meantime, please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying the following steps:

Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.
And, if the above doesn’t help, please try to perform a full reinstall of the game.
