So you’re able to build if the play in question is not logged in?
From the proximity of the other player’s building its possible that the area where you’re unable to build in is within an intersected claim zone, where the other player’s claim meets yours.
Could you also clarify if you’re able to build slightly farther from the zone where the claims are intersecting?

Hi @Supershamu, this is not expected behavior for the NPCs, do you happen to experience any similar issues when playing online or does it only occur in singleplayer?

Does loading into a singleplayer session before joining an online server mitigate the reported issues, and do you have similar issues in other servers?

Is you console stable playing other demanding games and does it exhibit any signs ov overheating while playing Conan Exiles?
Hi @Brizza, we’re aware of both the issue with the placement of certain items and how it’s possible for players to get stuck inside certain enemies’ meshes, they will be addressed in a future patch.

Could you also check the Event Log to determine if the server has been rebooted recently?

Do you have cloud saves enabled?
Does this also happen while playing online in an official server?
Are you aware if this happens while the admin mode is enabled for your character?
Could you try to perform a clean reinstall of the game or to rebuild the PS4 database to see if the issue persists?
Have you had the chance to try the suggested steps to see if the issue could stem from your current instalation or a previous patching process?
Alright, since you proceeded to share information from private messages not only publicly in the forums, but also all over the internet, let’s gloss over some facts about this situation before proceeding to terminate your account:
1- Even though freedom of expression through building is encouraged via the sandbox and building system of the game, deliberate use and abuse of known exploits to not only negatively impact the rest of the players in the server, but the server itself, is not something we can let go.
2- In your case in particular, we found you abused this exploit in large numbers, very close together, in baffling ways. Impact on the server was miserable.
3- On top of that, your clan deliberately found amusing to build all over the map in a structure that would go from the starter river up to the volcano. A single structure to basically control and gate access to many of the map locations, spawns and resources.
