Thank you for reporting back, you should be able to post any screenshots now, or alternatively you may also host the images in a free service, such as imgur, dropbox or google drive, and share the link.

Did you try submitting an Event Log search with the Proximity and Days parameters set to max and with all the toggle boxes enabled to see if any relevant message showed?

We’ve sent note to Gportal about this server so they can look into it.

We’ve just got word that the issue with the JP servers will be addressed with the upcoming parity patch that should release within the end of this month, we apologize for the frustration this has caused.
