We hope to have it resolved within the next few hours. Our team is still running some tests so you might see the server come online a few times. Until we update this thread to announce maintenance is complete we’d recommend not jumping in as there will probably be loss of progress.

Improved Reporting
In-game reporting has been improved and now temporarily mutes users who receive multiple unique reports over a short period of time. In order to report a user, right-click on their name in chat to bring up a drop-down menu and then select “Report”. Reporting a user sends a notice to customer service and also adds that user to your Ignore list.

Unfortunately, I’m not aware of a workaround for this particular bug. Development on the game has ended and the dev team has moved on to a different project, so I’m sad to say that this won’t be patched.

Is your console connected through cable?
Were you able to play the game without issues before?
Does it happen in any server?
Can you try powering off and disconnecting any other devices that make use of the router, both wired and wireless, so that only the console is connected to it through cable?
Does the Router provides logs to give further insight on the crash / error?
Can you also check if it’s possible to limit the bandwidth for the XBOX through the router settings?
