We’re aware of this. It is caused by a region misconfiguration in a server’s ini files. We’ve made some changes internally that should prevent this misconfiguration from affecting the game’s localization. It will be released as a part of a future patch.

Hey all,

I understand it’s frustrating and concerning to experience payment issues (on top of support wait times). We’re still working to address each ticket as they come in, in the order received.

While some billing/account issues may end up looking like they have the same end-result, the reasons and solutions for each issue must be investigated on a case-by-base basis and cannot be resolved in a public forum space like this.

That said, I’ll look into complaints from individual users and see what’s going on and what can be done. Thanks for your patience and support.

Hello @Trappist01x, we’ll poke the developers to determine if this behavior is intentional, since it does prevent your horse from simply running off and aggroing enemies while you’re dismounted.

Has this occurred more than once and do you recall any possible event that could lead to this behavior, such as a purge?

What type of server are you playing on?

Does it persist even if you engage in further combat with the thrall?

Hello @Turgron, have you looked on the event log with its parameters set to max proximity, max days passed and any relevant options ticked?

Be sure to look thoroughly at all the timestamps since you last used it until you noticed it disappeard.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers.

Hello @jesstheripper, could you share a few additional details with us in order to determine what could be behind the performance issues:

  • Server Number
  • PS4 Model
  • HDD or SSD
  • Wired or Wireless connection
  • Is it stable playing other demanding games?
  • Does it exhibit any signs of overheating?
  • Do you also have performance issues playing Single Player or in a different server?
