Hello @GEDOH, did you regularly check the decay timers on your base with a repair hammer?

Even though the maximum threshold for the decay timer is about 1 week, not all bases reach that value as it depends on the quantity and tier of all connected building pieces.

We’d recommend placing everything over several foundations that are connected to each other so that everything shares the same decay timer bonus, including altars and animal pens, and to check out the following video for further information on this system:

Do you recall which servers you played on and did you try to login?

Characters aren’t automatically deleted and there were no wipes, so there could be an issue with the server list not showing the correct information.

To clarify on this change, both weapons have a much longer reach than daggers so they severely outclassed any other dagger with their previous damage values.

Even with the new values, which are on par with what daggers are, their range alone makes them valuable within their category.

Has this ever happened in any other circumstances than dying in a dungeon?

Which exact items didn’t get looted? Were you not able to pick them up individually?

Could you check if they appeared in your inventory after logging out then back in?

Does the character perform any sort of animation while trying to equip a weapon or tool?

Are you able to equip torches or shields?

Could you try equiping a few different two handed weapons or daggers?

As this is the second time the issue happens, how did it get resolved in the first time?

Can you confirm that this only began to occur after the recent hotfix and even after disabling all the mods? Could you provide one or more logs with all mods disabled and with one client connected and staying idle?

Also, which mods were you using before you’ve started getting this issue?

Every new system introduced will need balancing over time. Especially in a system as complex as a Sandbox Survival Game. This is also where your input comes in.
For now, we feel that with the testing we were able to do, the numbers are working as intended. Damage is getting slightly tweaked, and if we get feedback that the numbers need to be tweaked further, we will look at it.

I am also not sure what exactly you mean by “break the game” in this particular context. Do you mean thralls that can be “too” powerful? So far, we’ve seen a few super lucky cases. These are part of the system, as long as the cha...

You should be able to purchase the recipe without any limit, as long as you have a Fragment of Power to give in exchange. Are you able to provide a recording or screenshots of this issue?

As you’re playing Online, could you check if the issue persists after the daily server restart?
