It might be that they're duping, or it might be that they have a serious resource farm going. Usually we find that it's a little of both.
We recently implemented something to prevent duping, but it's an ongoing challenge to prevent it in its entirety.

100% happens on official servers. I unintentionally duped once on an official server so I know it can happen. The next day my character died up in my base completely protected and i lost all my gear and also my named carpenter just vanished into thin air. I'm putting it down to funcom evening the score ha ha

Just to rule out possibilities, have you tried flushing the DNS, as we explained in our common technical issues thread?
1-) Run command prompt as administrator
2-) Run command “ipconfig /flushdns” (without quotes)
3-) Run command “netsh int ip reset” (without quotes)
4-) Restart your PC
PS4 - Official pvp 3136 g-portal EU. The structure belongs to "Hijos de Set" (Sons of Set) . I took a screenshot. But I've seen worst cases of spamming/abuse and scouted some structures belonging to other clans, so I'm not trying to blame them, it's just this wall

That would be the ideal situation. Our team is looking into it, although for the moment they’re focusing on some other higher priority issues.

It seems then there is some sort of connectivity issue between your friend and the server. Just in case, when your friend can’t join those servers, can you join them at that exact time?
