The Barbarian edition was discontinued earlier this month and substituted by the Deluxe edition.
If you want to listen to the soundtrack, it is available on Spotify right now

We are still working on the game, something easy to gather from our latest string of patches (including the massive one).
For more news on what’s to come, please keep an eye on our dev streams and usual communication channels

Unfortunately it is an issue that slipped through the cracks and was spotted after the patch being sent to certification, like the PS4 version.
Our team is working on it.

There’s a new patch available for the PC version of Conan Exiles. This patch fixes several UI bugs and changes the crafting XP for the Blunted Javelins.

• Fixed an exploit regarding infinite stamina

• Crafting the Blunted Javelin would grant way too much XP - this has now been fixed
