Hello there!

i dont know if this is just me, but my assassins creed valhalla game is currently unplayable, because of crashes.
its no specific time it crashes, its random, but it makes it unplayable, because its very frequent.
i know where the logs are kept, but i dont know which one is the one for that specific game.

help is very appreciated! 🙂

Hi @spanja1959 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

Hi @Apestront I'm sorry to hear that you have also experienced crashes whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla and that none of the PC troubleshooting has helped.

I'm also sorry you're having such a frustrating experience with these crashes and in general @hu-ah-wei. I'd like to try to help.

As long as all the steps in the troubleshooting above have been completed, I'd like to have you both make a Support Case and attach your System Files for me. If you could update me after you've done that, it will help me take a closer look into working towards what's causing the crashing.
