Do you already have 2 of the same Curio equipped in separate slots? This is an issue that interferes with the saving of loadouts, so perhaps it’s related.

There is an option to disable automatic profile switching within G Hub - I imagine this would stop it reverting to Desktop.

Have your old NVIDIA drivers been uninstalled since your upgrade?

I am monitoring these issues and making note of the impacted ISPs.

The console log is cut short, unfortunately! Please try this:

Delete Darktide AppData & Verify Integrity of Game Files

NOTE: This will reset any custom keybindings.

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to: AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
4. Delete the entire ‘Darktide’ directory
5. Launch Darktide as normal

You will then need to use the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option, which is accessible via the Steam client and will ensure the installation is complete.

This appears to be an issue with the mod-loader - unfortunately, information is limited outside of that.

Unfortunately there could be so many reasons for the PC losing responsiveness, either driver or hardware-related.

It’s very hard for us to identify these issues as there is ultimately an underlying issue.

I understand Darktide is the only one presenting these issues at the moment - likely due to how demanding it is - but...

The error being produced here is DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR.

Have you already performed a clean re-install of your drivers?

I think this is caused by the ‘Weapon Customisation’ mod.

We are aware of the issues concerning audio cutting out and we’re looking in to it, apologies!

What happens if you attempt to launch via Darktide.exe in the installation directory?

The path to the Darktide.exe should look similar to this: Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 DARKTIDE\binaries

im curious does it work with the controller connected now without the game crashing? we have not managed to reproduce this issue.

However the ps4/ps5 controller support seems to be broken regardless due to some other unknowns.
