This is a known issue and occurs when the same Curio is equipped in separate slots. Please unequip it and your issue should be resolved. :slight_smile:

Can you please try switching to a different layout, and then back again, and check if the issue resolves?

Thank you, I can see Doran was deleted at Tue 05 Dec 2023 19:32:25 UTC.

I’m sad to say we don’t have the ability to restore characters at the moment. It’s something we hope to have at a later date.

What we can do is level up a recreated character, but this would be without the equipment you had previously as we have no visibility of it once deleted. Is this of any interest to you?

We suspect this could be related to your RAM.

You can check your RAM for errors using the Windows Memory Diagnostic by:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter mdsched.exe and select ‘OK’
  3. When ready, select the ‘Restart now and check for problems’ option
  4. Allow the scan to complete
