You can now select the exact perk at any tier that you wish for an item (weapon or curio). There is one direct cost to be made for each refine action. This cost will remain flat throughout refining and will be reduced for lower level characters
As with the other actions at the Shrine, the amount of required resources will scale both depending on the base item rating of the weapon and on the tier of perk being selected to refine into.
In this dev blog we are going to dive into three topics and upcoming changes that we will be making to them. The three topics are the Mission Board, Crafting, and Currencies/Resources within Darktide.
All the changes that we will be discussing in this dev blog have been in development, and are being prepared to launch in Patch #12 (1.1.20). These changes mark the next step in our support to the game, we will keep on monitoring feedback and evaluate future changes.
For clarity, these changes are not the only changes currently in development and being worked on by the team. We’re also still hard at work on Darktide for Xbox!
It appears you’re running Linux. We don’t support any OS other than Windows unfortunately.
Thank you for the logs, I have shared them with our Backend Engineer. I hope to have an update for you soon.
I reviewed that case, it was a tricky one, and the penalty received was reduced from our usual time outs, given the context of what was said and how. But it wasn’t false.
Well. Who knows. I just felt the need to bring it up as a general reminder.
(We’re zero tolerance on references to and threats of or requests for sexual behaviours with children on Atoma Prime. Hopefully this isnt a surprise to anyone)
This is isolated to those with Intel Arc GPUs unfortunately, but it will be resolved in our next patch. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sorry about this. I’ve had to query this with our developers, and will keep you posted!
It would be appreciated if you could upload your most recent console logs here, for me to share with our Backend Engineers. Thank you!
This is a mod-related crash, I believe due to the ‘Crosshair Remap’ mod.
Sorry for the delay in seeing to this. I’ve moved your post the ‘Technical Support’ category.
Please use the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option, which is accessible via the Steam client using the instructions below:
Old ones will be returning now and then, but that doesn’t mean we are pausing new cosmetics!
We’ll have to look in to this. I would be interested to hear from any others that experience crashes in this particular mission, so we can look for consistencies in the crash data.
I apologise I don’t have any immediate solutions for you, but I’ll let you know if I make any discoveries.
I totally understand the frustration with the current system especially as I have been following and collecting the feedback for quite a few months now. By all means be frustrated at things that warrant it (like the time taken to get here)!
I get the upset with the announcement as well. As we are coming back off a break, there isn’t much I am able to communicate for now. I thought it best to give an update on what I could rather than delay the comm-link or wait until next week for the dev blog.
and hey, at least a date is slightly better than next week !
