Since you wanted to bring this up publicly, you asked for a refund back in August of 2017 for your Founder's Pack, which means you wouldn't get 1000 plat back (since you got your money back).

Coincidentally, we were going through in-game reports and noticed that you had been reported for using homophobic slurs. We checked your chat logs and that was most definitely true. Your name is also a play on a Nazi salute. We strive to be a very accepting community and using discriminatory terms is grounds for a ban.

We're happy to continue this conversation in private with you if you'd like, please understand that it can take some time for our support team to get back to your tickets and that bumping them every 30 minutes puts you at the back of the queue (unfortunately just how the system works).

Hey! There is a bug currently that if you hit the maelstrom and never accepted a repeater quest before 0.7.1, then the quest becomes unacceptable in 0.7.1

We are working on a fix which will come next week :}

In the 0.7.1 build mastery rewards UI didn't make it in. Temporarily the dauntless wiki has all the mastery rewards per level.

There are 20 total levels for weapons :}

If you reached the maelstrom and have never completed any repeater quests, then they are unavailable (this is a bug). We are working on a fix, but if you contact support then they can help you out to get the weapons on your account. :}

We don't know if those bugs are present on all accounts.

Correct, they're not. Most (I want to say all but I've not personally validated every bug reported) of the issues that are cropping up didn't manifest or were not reported over the last few weeks of testing. We had over 300 folks from the community testing for the last 2 weeks, on top of our normal QA team. We thought that would create enough coverage, statistically, of the millions of accounts we had to touch. This patch also had over 10,000 fixes and changes in it.

I'm not looking to make excuses, just provide context. We're on it and going to get everything sorted as fast as we can.

A lot of transmog stones were lost from old +10 gear. Will we have these refunded?

If you were wearing gear that was transmogged and it is no longer transmogged, all the stone should be refunded to your account automatically. If this didn't happen, please contact support <3

I didn't know that the downgrade to +6 was unintentional and wanted to gain mastery points, so I upgraded a lot of my gear. Will those resources be refunded as well?
