Thanks you Josh. Seems to have self corrected it self. Everything is working fine for me now.
Glad to hear it! I did see there were some authentication issues on Xbox Live over the last few days, may have been contributing to this.

Please contact Microsoft support - this error appears if for some reason your account is returning restrictions on playing the game (Gold is an old message, we don't need that any more, but there are other restrictions that could pop the same error).
