A friend is unsure if they purchased the Void Runner pass and they are going crazy trying to figure out where the platinum went or if it's gone due to this bug.

Hey, we're looking into why this change (to keep progress) behaved strangely in the live game. A reload into the city seemed to fix it for everyone, but it's not what we wanted. We'll work on a fix.
This should be resolved in a coming patch, sorry about that! These are focused around targeting enraged behemoths, for now I'd avoid picking up new ones unless you're confident in completing them. If you absolutely have to abandon them, please let us know over at support.
I've also temporarily removed these missing-text bounties from the draft list until 1.10.1!
Isn't there suppose to be two cosmetic battle passes along with the slayer battle pass? I don't see neither cosmetic battle passes

Due to technical issues with the new Hunt Passes yesterday, we've temporarily removed the Chronoslayer and Rangar's Folly event passes from the menu. They'll be back in 1.10.1 with all your existing progress. Sorry for the interruption.

Type of Bug: Quest Rumor/Behemoth Drop
Expected Behavior: Item Drops go to quest/receive quest completion (Timeweave Vambraces/Timeweave Quadhammer)
Actual Behavior: When I break and receive “Phased Pellicle” from Chronovore events, it does not go to my quest total, this has been the case for the last couple of days. My total drops before the update was 26/50, and this bug has impacted me within the couple days and is now 26/8 with the quest change.
Reproduction Rate: 10/10 within the last couple of days including today after the update. Earned phased pellicles are no longer credited towards the rumor. Earned pellicles after the update do not change the 26/8 status and I’m still unable to complete the tumor.
System Specs: PS5 (physical disc one)

I think I've spotted what happened here - a change we previously released in 1.9.5 got accidentally missed in 1.10.0. This will be fixed now in 1.10.1.

Type of Bug: Missing Previously Owned "Chronoslayer" Hunt Pass
Expected Behavior: It had 28,000+ days on it aka have it forever so I expected to have it forever after I got it only about a week ago.
Actual Behavior: I signed in today and noticed it said 34 days for some reason. Then it eventually just disappeared entirely. I wasn't finished with it yet and now it's completely off the hunt pass menu for me.
Reproduction Rate: Permanently removed for now. It has yet to come back.

Issue: The quest for this week "Alliances I: Big Mistake" is already marked complete preventing you from getting this quest and the 200 seasonal currency.

The Vault tab is gone. Isn't it supposed to be in the game and removed in July? Or did I read the update blog wrong?
Edit: "Alliances I: Big Mistake" quest shows as complete even though I just entered Ramsgate after the update, not having done anything. No NPC has a new quest for me. On PS4.
- Vault tab: there was a snafu with the Vault tab being removed from the Reward Cache, so we've put the items that should have been there under "Style" in the Cache for now! Apologies for any confusion. We'll try and get the Vault tab itself back operational and things moved over soon. Indeed, it'll remain until July.
- We're investigating why the Alliances I quest is not appearing for some players who played during the last half-season. Hoping to have that fixed up early next week, thanks for the patience.
Login to dauntless and daily flip shows as completed still hasnt been fixed for me. Need to go to training grounds and back again to fix it. Can reproduce this every day i login to dauntless and you guys still wont fix it and have no idea how to fix it. Kinda disappointing.

Expected Behavior: Upon activating the Strikers Special "Adamant Bolt" a Reticle should appear to indicate the Direction where the beam is shooting.
Actual behavior: The Reticle is missing.
Reproduction: Consistent 10/10 times. The Reticle is missing everytime.
Mentioning it here as well so this gets fixed asap. It's been 8 months since this bug is in the game and every patch someone tells us "It's on the list, we're working on it" but noone's fixing it.
I can confirm, it is still on the list (I know that sucks to hear). I'll take a look this week to see if there's anything speedier we can do about this one, thanks for your patience.

Voidrunner Discovery HP: This pass has now been re-enabled, with both armour sets in it! ✅
Hunt Pass selection issues: Fixed; you should see the Monster Inside HP along with the other HPs. ✅
Reward Cache Vault: There are now past-season items available in the Style Tab. Don the First-Slayer's suit of armour. ✅

Friend purchased the elite hunt pass minutes before maintenance, but they are claiming their platinum rewards are missing.
They got the lvl50 suit and all the rams/bonuses and platinum. Their platinum was showing at 1150 before maintenance. Suddenly, after the update they are missing 950 platinum and cannot figure out where they went.
I can only imagine they accidentally purchased Void Runner pass by mistake since they have no unlocked hunt passes and Void Runner is not showing. But they strongly insist they didn't spend anything.
Just trying to figure out if this is a bug or an accidental purchase (why TF is purchase history not a feature in this day and age?).
Please have your friend contact our player support, they should be able to figure out what happened and sort things out. 😊
